Welcome to Soul Source's Help & Guidance page. This space was created to offer gentle support as you explore the deep connection between your mind, body, and spirit.

I'm not currently offering one-on-one client sessions (yet), but I'm here - walking this same path of healing and self-discovery with you. My hope is that the insights and resources shared here help you find greater understanding, compassion, and peace within yourself.

Our thoughts and emotions don't just pass through us - they shape how we experience life, health, and energy. When we hold onto stress, pain, or unprocessed emotion, that energy can become "stuck", creating imbalance within the body and mind.

By bringing our awareness to our inner world - through mindfulness, gratitude, and heart-centered reflection - we begin to release that stored energy and return to a state of harmony and balance. Healing starts with awareness, and awareness begins with presence.

Not at this time. My focus right now is to share knowledge and inspiration as we journey together. When I begin offering one-on-one work, I will announce it here.​

What is energy healing?
Energy healing is a practice that helps balance the body's energetic systems, supporting mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It works with the understanding that all things - including our thoughts and emotions - carry energy.

What does "stuck energy" mean?
It refers to emotional or energetic blockages that occur when we resist, suppress, or hold onto pain, fear, or past experiences. Awareness and gentle practices like mindfulness, breath work, or gratitude can begin to release these blocks.

A Closing Note from My Heart

As I can attest, healing is not a straight line - it's gentle unfolding. It's not always fast. It's not always easy - but it is worth it! Some days feel light and free, and other days we face the shadows we've long avoided. Both are sacred. I am so good at avoiding. But, there comes a time when you can no longer avoid. If you want to be genuinely happy, you have to face your shadows...you have to do your work.
