Forgiveness Women's Circle
Every Other Thursday | 7:30 pm MST
5 FREE Sessions | Remote via Zoom
Welcome to my Forgiveness Women’s Circle. This sacred gathering is designed exclusively for women who seek to embark on a transformative journey of forgiveness, healing, and empowerment. I believe in the power of sisterhood and the profound impact of self-compassion on our lives.

In this two-hour live circle event, we will create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore and release any burdens you may be carrying due to past mistakes or unresolved emotions. I will facilitate and guide you through various activities and exercises, aimed at promoting self-reflection, healing, and personal growth.
The circle’s structure will include:
-
Opening Ceremony: We will begin the gathering with a grounding and centering ritual, setting the intentions for the session.
-
Guided Meditation: A soothing guided meditation will help you reconnect with your inner self and cultivate a sense of calm and presence.
-
Sharing Circle: This is a sacred space where you can openly share your feelings and experiences related to self-forgiveness. You may choose to share as much or as little as your feel comfortable.
-
Reflective Journaling: Through guided journaling prompts, you will have the opportunity to explore your emotions and thoughts related to self-forgiveness in a private and introspective manner.
-
Ritual of Release: Together, we will engage in a symbolic ritual to release any lingering guilt, shame, or self-critical thoughts, making space for self-compassion and forgiveness.
-
Group Healing: We will collectively send healing intentions and positive energy to one another, fostering a supportive sisterhood and connection.
-
Closing Ceremony: The circle will conclude with a closing ceremony, where we will express gratitude for the experience and set intentions for carrying the lessons of forgiveness beyond the circle.
